  Theresa the manager is what makes the store. Each time we visit she always greets us with a smile and ask how we are doing. She ensures our food is fixed right. This store is lucky to have a manager that cares as much as she does. You can tell the difference when we come in and she is not there we don't get the same level of service and our food comes our wrong.

  What a nice, clean and friendly store. I visited for the first time this afternoon and true kudos to Kelly who helped me. Such a pleasant young girl with outstanding customer appreciation!

  The staff especially Theresa (awesome manager) and Belinda are a joy. I always look forward to seeing them when I visit Schlotzky's. I would not come inside if they were not here. Love them!!

  The management staff is SUPER friendly, at times bordering on TOO friendly. That's a nice change though. Clean and bright with a couple of the countertop model Coke Freestyle machines. When you discover you can't find any cup lids, look at the front edge of the counter, exactly in the middle between the drink machines; they're in these cool dispensers that work really well and which no one can ever find.
